Datetime picker - month with special caracters outputed as "Null"

      In the course setting, there is a datetime picker for the course start date. In a french Moodle, when browsing the months, those with special caracters (Février, Août, Décembre) are outputed as Null in the datetime picker title bar (see screenshot).
