      Link purpose - Quiz navigation menu in the right sidebar is very difficult to understand for screen reader users as there are many "empty links caused by empty <span> elements within the <a> element which all lead to one of the 5 questions.

      1. Create a quiz with multiple pages
      2. login as a student
      3. Navigate to course
      4. Click on Quiz
      5. Click attempt quiz button
      6. listen to the quiz navigation block being read by a screen reader
