Quiz multiple questions on a page the check button needs a distinct title to distinguish them

Form buttons - When there are multiple questions on a page the "Check" need a unique title to distinguish from each other. The images on the left for flagging a question need unique title to distinguish from each other. v(Example: "Flag Question 2", "Flag question 3" and so on). A fieldset can also be added to group each question part.
