When users click on "Attempt Quiz Now," nothing happens (i.e. you get a JavaScript error)

We're seeing this issue in all sorts of quizzes in different courses.

We're using moodle 2.3.2+ (build: 20120927)

We've tried this in IE9 and Chrome.
