Gradebook does not clean up course preferences

      Description

      When a course is deleted, the following gradebook record types associated to the course are not deleted from the database:

      grade_category

      grade_exceptions

      grade_item

      grade_letter

      grade_preferences

        That's because the gradebook records call their course field courseid rather than course. Also the else clause in moodlelib.php corresponds to if($showfeedback) rather than
