HTML entities in RSS feeds do not display correctly

      • Turn editing on in your course
      • Add a block: Remote RSS feed
      • On the block's cog menu select "Configuring a Remote news feed block"
      • In "Block settings", "Choose the feeds which you would like to make available in this block:" "There are no RSS feeds defined for this site.", click "Add/edit feeds"
      • Press "Add a new feed" button
      • In "Feed URL" insert https://www.knoten-maschen.ch/feed/, press "Add a new feed" button
      • Return to the course home
      • On the block's cog menu select "Configuring a Remote news feed block"
      • In "Block settings", "Choose the feeds which you would like to make available in this block:" highlight "knoten & maschen" (Note it doesn't double escape the ampersand any more)
      • Click "Save changes"
      • Double check the block title correctly states "knoten & maschen" (in upper case characters)

      If you add an RSS feed which has HTML entities in the title or descriptions they do not display as the intended entity.

      For example if " appears in an item title. This happened with the feed at http://search.twitter.com/search.atom?q=%23edchat.
