Flexibility to customize user profile fields

      This request is to make user profile fields more customizable for admins. For example, admins should have the ability to make profile fields required. They should also have the ability to change the name of profile fields. So, admins should have the ability to make for example, the Institution field mandatory, and should also be able to change the field name to, "Company".
