Navigation block rendering inconsistency (usual and AJAX)

      1. Create course with two sections
      2. Add to each section one glossary and one assignment
      3. Navigate to assignment in section 1 (the section will be expanded in navigation block)
      4. Click on arrow next to section 2, so that section is expanded by AJAX
      5. Make sure the HTML and CSS (and general look) are the same in both sections.
      6. Check the same in RTL language

      Really really really watch the navigation block closely and explore Moodle.

      There are different renderers responsible for rendering the navigation nodes when html page is generated or when part of tree is loaded by AJAX.
      It results in different CSS classes and different look of items.
      Particularly the activities with subitems (such as glossary and chat) are displayed incorrectly when loaded on page (non-ajax).
