Testing Instructions:
1. On the course page, make sure the section 'Drag and Drop' icons are 16x16 and displayed as 16x16 pixels.
2. Check also when SVG is turned off (IE8, Opera)

For sections drag and drop we need a new icon for drag and drop in 16x16.
~~MDL-36449~~ has introduced the file which is located at i/dragdrop.
