Testing Instructions:
1. Use opera
2. Browse around the site and ensure the icons look correct
3. Open one of the icons in a new window, zoom in on it, it should not scale gracefully (using the png)

Description

Sometimes Opera does not display the icons, this is random and causes ugly rendering.
