    Description

      This is a meta issue for various enrolment improvements targeted for moodle 2.5. Moodle 2.4 already contains most major features necessary for standard plugins. Some plugins such as PayPal, flat enrol or imsenterprise did not receive much fixing since 2.0. We also need to add as many unit tests as possible.
