Incorrect styles after show / hide sections using Safari

      Problem detected by Nicolas Martignoni in MDLQA-4946.

      With Javascript enabled, when hiding a section with Safari the section is not dimmed, after showing it again the style change to dimmed. More details in MDLQA-4946

      I've replicated the problem using safari 5.1.7 in Windows 7
