Create a few URL resources

http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8021/7321032592_be45d623b0_o.jpg

These should display JPG, PNG or HTML icons.

Test steps

Upgrade to the latest

Make sure the previous HTML icon displays the URL resource icon.
