Test Steps:
1. Edit your private files, launch file picker, pick a file from (file system)/(box.net)/(dropbox)/(server files) repo.
2. Create database module and add a File Field.
3. Then add an entry to that database and pick the file previously uploaded to yout private file area. In this step the popup must offer you the possibility to choose from a radio button selection with two choices:
to make a copy or to make an alias/shortcut to that file. This is whats not happening.
