Text navigation for Books

      1. Create a Book, setting "Style of navigation" to "TOC only", and add several chapters/pages.
      2. View pages and confirm that the Table of contents block is shown, but no prev/next/exit links are present above or below the page content.
      3. Modify "Style of navigation" to "Images".
      4. View pages and confirm that prev/next/exit links are present as arrows, above and below the page content.
      5. Modify "Style of navigation" to "Text".
      6. View pages and confirm that prev/next/exit links are present as page titles, above and below the page content.

      At the moment icons are used for Next and Previous navigation but on the Open University OpenLearn website they appear to use a modified version of the book that has text based navigation instead.       It would be nice to have an option for choosing between icons or text based navigation.
