Testing Instructions:
1. Go to course page
2. Turn editing on
3. Drop a file onto course page, then refresh
4. Drop the same file
5. Make sure the two files appear exactly the same

(In Safari 6, sure its the same in chrome)

Turn editing on
drop a file onto course page

Problems:

The editing icons are misaligned
I think that the progress indicator could do with some colour coordination
