Use new icons for all the deprecated icons

      There is no way to test this...
      Install all the contrib plugins and check if they are using core icons, if they are, check that it fallsback on the new icons.
      Just kidding.

      • Seriously, take the list of deprecated icons from theme/upgrade.txt (very latest integration one).
      • Make sure there is a PNG and SVG icon available for those.

      Description

      The new deprecated icons do not current have their fallback on the new PNG and SVG icons, we should place work that out so that themes/modules keep being consistent with the rest of Moodle before we proceed to the deletion of those deprecated icons.
