The test performance script doesn't check a plugin has its requirements met before trying to test it.

      Description

      Presently if you install a cache store plugin for which you don't have requirements met and then run testing you get an error.
      The test performance script needs to check requirements have been met before running tests on an instance.

          It passes, tested in master, I see no error/warning and the result column of the Xcache plugin has a 'Invalid plugin' value
