    Description

      moodle will downlaod these files, but when they are opened in win 7 file manager the ones with 'special' characters are not there, or the file will show as corrupted. if opened on a mac or 7zip all the files are there...

      as most use will come from the file explorer on win7, suggest that moodle renmaes the files on download/ zip creation to get around this.
