Set language to Hebrew (or any other RTL language)
Navigate into "Course > Users > Other users"
Click add new users
Make sure all issues in the description are fixed
User icon should be aligned to the right
User name should be aligned to the right
User role should be aligned to the left
Close button/icon should be aligned to the left (Or better yet, center the title???)
(Basically, we need to Inverting the alignments so it will be a mirror image of the LTR dialog view)
