When writing in news forum something in RTL lang from rigth to left and clicking ctrl+a to select the text and click on the RTL icon - nothing hapend - it won't let me click on it ( no yellow indication that I click on it) ao if I save changes and sending the post it won't become on the email RTL but ltr as you see in the images. one of the images is how it is displayed via the email
this bug occurred in moodle 2.3.x
in moodle 2.4 it was working fine
