      Log in as a teacher
      Get in into any course you have access as a teacher
      Go to Navigation->Site pages->Reports
      Try to access any report

      Expected result: You must get a cappabilitie error because You are not an admin. I think teachers should not see this links under Site pages->reports. They already have a reports section in this block for their courses.

    Description

      Hi Moodle Team and Developpers,

      I am not sure but I think this is a bug. When a teachers come into navigation block and displays Site pages -> Reports they can all the report links for the admins, and, when they try to follow them, they get the cappabilitie error (see atachments).

      I think it will be better if teachers can not see the reports links for admin under Site pages-> reports, because right now propably they are getting erros and being confused.

      Thanks.
