Description

The admin page with enrolment plugin management could be further improved:

1/ show plugin icons
2/ use plugininfo to get link to settings page
3/ use plugininfo to get link to uninstall page
4/ add version column
5/ improve coding style

The benefits include less code duplication, easier management.
