Group assignments with grouping should display grouping name in grading table

Set up assignment with group assignment and a Grouping selected.

Grading table shows a Groups column and Default group.

This isn't that helpful.

Suggestion:

Under the above conditions column header should be Grouping with the Grouping name (where appropriate) and "Not in grouping".
