Give import options and import processing functionality to fields when importing into the database module.

Create import options, possibly dynamically from the fields being imported into the database module.

Currently there are a couple of options for how the latitude and longitude can be entered into the database module. It would be good to identify and create options on the import preview page for importing other fields.
