Remove penalty for divergent assessments (e.g., lax, very lax settings

This really frustrates students, in my assignments they are only grading for completeness and polish. The don't like losing points for not agreeing with others.

I would like one setting in addition to the existing (e.g., lax, very lax settings) I wish there was one that said "none" that just gave all the points if the complete the assessment.
