See all files uploaded by one user in all courses

This has been implemented as a plugin: https://moodle.org/plugins/report_assignment_files

As an admin I would like to be able to see a list of all files uploaded by one user in all courses.

I also want the users to be able to see all the files they uploaded in all courses in one list. The list should look something like this:

Filename - Coursename - Assignment name - uploaded on
