- Login as admin
- Create a new course
- Visit new course and turn editing on
- Add a new Folder activity
- Upload passwordis1.zip
to the Files element - Click on passwordis1.zip in the Files element
- Press Unzip
- Confirm you receive an error: "Cannot unzip this file because one or more of it's files cannot be read."
- Press Cancel
- Repeat #5-#8 with test2.zip
- Confirm the directory structure is not incorporated.
- Upload test_moodle.zip to the Files element
- Click on test_moodle.zip in the Files element
- Press Unzip
- Confirm the dialog closes and the file has been unzipped (you should see the unzipped files now listed in the Files element)

If a password protected zip file should be unpacked via file picker the folder structure is added but the files are not added into the folders.
Generally its correct that there is no password option for such packages. But it would be nice to give users a feedback that unpacking is not completed.
