Form labels empty, missing, or orphaned on profile editing page

• There are 2 form labels that are not associated with the form (Current Picture, List of Interests).
• There is one form element missing a label (id=menudescription_editorformat).
• There is one empty form label

Replication Steps

1. Login as student
2. Click on student's name
3. Click on Edit profile
4. Tab through the form with a screen reader like NVDA and try to line up the labels.
5. View the source code and see the labels missing linked to fields.
