For the record, discussions about Glossary autolinking with a couple of use cases in SCORM and their issues took place in the Community:

          1. https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=167328#p810429, where essentially there is a chance to let it work but not fully supported due to the new YUI-way (JS+CSS) of creating popups that cannot fit with HTML files, at least tested with SCORM files
          2. https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=216014, where kind of workaround has been provided to let the user himself create references to the Glossary before uploading the file into Moodle

Thanks Joseph for creating the issue.

I've tried to reproduce the previous behaviour in Moodle 1.9. I can't link glossary entries adding "A link to a file or a website" neither with "Composer a website" (I see that glossary component was specified when creating the issue) so I'm changing the issue to a new feature. Please, if I am missing something feel free to change it back to bug and comment about how to reproduce the previous behaviour. TIA
