The ability to download and upload the grading list as a spreadsheet is a very useful tool.
However, on windows computers the CSV file is opened and edited by Excel and there are some issues on the CSV that generate errors during the process and prevent it to be successfully implemented.
1 - Line breaks at the status fields - Regardless the Microsoft Office version/language, the CSV file has line breaks on the "Status" fields. These line breaks are interpreted by Excel as new records, so each record is spread over several lines - take a look at the attached image.
