Wikimedia search label makes no sense, "Full text" should be "Enter Search Term" or similar

When using the Wikimedia repository in the file picker the label next to the search text box says "Full text", and the button says "Submit".

Something that makes more sense should be used e.g. "Search", "Search Terms", "Keywords" for the text and "Go", "Search" etc. for the button.
