      Add a feedback activity in your Moodle course.

      Inside that feedback, make sure to use at least a question of type info, multichoice, multichoicerated, numeric, textarea and textfield.

      Make sure you can edit the question text with the editor showing up.

      It would be nice to format some longer questions for example with a break, bold letters etc.
