Testing Instructions:
1. Update your behat testing environment to the latest moodle codebase version (--drop & --install)
2. Run the whole behat tests suite including Javascript tests
3. All the tests SHOULD pass

There are few steps that have been tested with ~~MDL-37750~~ tests for the first time. Two of this definition's arguments are switched so they are not consistent with the pattern information.

They need to be switched. Is a regression introduced by ~~MDL-37657~~
