      Description

exporting grades produces for german versions a . and not a , for decimal points. this works fine in the quizmodul but not in the general grading sektion.

Now you have to change in excel each . to , and change the results from text to numbers.

      Please fix that little bug.

It sounds like this fix should be done via the excel lib, as the gradebook is using the write_number function from the xls library.
