Switch Google Docs portfolio plugin to use the new Google lib (API EOL)

      To test this:
      1) Enable Google Drive portfolio (you have to have your Moodle instance registered in Google developers console and Drive API should be enabled)
      2) Create a forum post and try to export it to your Drive and verify it is there
      3) Create a chat, post some messages and try to export it to your Drive and verify it's there
      4) Do the same with assignment
      5) Verify this once again after more than one hour from first request (access token is valid exactly one hour).

      MDL-37217 introduces the PHP SDK by Google and the use of it by the repository Google Docs.

      The following should make use of it if possible:

      • Google Docs portfolio
      • Picasa repository
      • Picasa portfolio

      Last two were moved to separate issue MDL-49636 - not a part of Google PHP SDK
