In the editing forms for File, Folder and URL there is a section titled "Options". When this is expanded and shows its content, the context is obviously related to the display of the resource. However, when the section is collapsed (as it is by default), the meaning of Options is not obvious.

I propose we change the 'optionsheader' string for the 'resource' module to 'Display options' or just 'Display'.
