Typo in core.css causes IPCOP to block site from loading properly

      Description

      Site will not load properly using IPCOP and IE due to the word "fick" being in the comments in /theme/base/style/core.css

      The following is in a comment: /* Block which is hidden if javascript enabled, prevents fickering visible when JS from footer used! */
