The teacher should be asked for confirmation before a discussion topic is moved to another forum. It is too easy now to move a discussion accidentally. Just dropping the Move this discussion to... list and releasing the mouse button in a careless way will move the topic. The teacher may not even notice that it has been moved, because the only thing that changes is the forum title in the breadcrumbs.
