Allow interaction with new expandable/collapsible moodle forms

      Description

      Not all the form elements are visible, some of them are hidden under a Header label or are advanced, we should provide a way to show all of them, the alternative is to click in the required headers/show more but this is slow and steps like "I fill the moodle form with:" can be hardly used.
