The backup system should operate correctly with large backups (over 4GB).

• I’m not sure of details, but in order to make this work correctly it may be necessary to add the administrative option (as a visible, supported option in admin settings) to specify external zip/unzip runtimes.
• It may be necessary to require 64-bit platforms to support larger files; this is OK.
