"Activity Chooser On" verbiage confusing

The verbiage for the Activity Chooser enable/disable setting in a course under Settings...Course Admin is confusing. When the chooser is off, the setting says "Activity Chooser On". Would it be possible to change this to be either something like "Turn Activity Chooser On" or say "Activity Chooser On" when it's on, rather than when it's off?
