Pagination when a user reaches page 10 the next page is disabled

      Description

      On any page where the pagination is more than 10 pages long this issue occurs.

      If a user is using the pagination to navigate through pages the normal is that they can click the next button and they will be taking to the next page.
      However, if a user gets to page 10 they can no longer use the next page button as it is greyed out and does not allow it to be clicked anymore.

      The problem is that there are still more pages to browse. The expected functionality should just allow the user to continue to go to the next page (page 11) and the arrow should not be greyed out (disabled).

      A user may click on a page that is higher than page 10 and continue to use the next page button as normal. This issue only seems to appear on page 10.

      Example, the normal state is like this:

      << 1 ... 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 ... 29 >> - with both prev and next being clickable

      but instead on page 10 it now displays:

      << 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 ... 29 >> - with this next arrows ( >> ) being greyed out.
