New quizzes ignore maximum grade setting

      1. Go to admin -> plugins -> activity modules -> quiz and verify that the maximum grade settings there is different from 100.

      2. Create a new quiz. Save it and go to the Edit quiz page.

      3. Verify that the Maximum grade input box contains the value from the admin settings page.

      Under Admin -> Plugins -> Activity modules -> Quiz, you can set them maximum grade that new quizzes should be marked out of.

      However, at the moment, that setting is getting ignored, and all new quizzes are marked out of 100.
