Alter course related pages and blocks to use $OUTPUT->displayname() instead of fullname()

      Course related pages such as the participants page need to be updated to use $OUTPUT->displayname() instead of fullname().
      All standard blocks also need to be updated.

      This issue may have to become a meta issue depending on the amount of files that may need to be altered.
