Following on from MDL-38677, if the ID number setting is removed from common module settings, it leaves just one setting 'Visible'. As it doesn't make much sense to have a collapsible section for only one setting, let's remove the common module settings section and include 'Visible' in the general section (making it consistent with course settings).
