Units tests with known failures in specific environments (Oracle, etc) should include this information in the parameter to the assert that this is known to cause the failure.

      So running the full set of tests on MSSQL for example should print some fails, but every fail should specify that it is a known fail for XXX databases (or XXX OS).

      This makes it easier to confirm we haven't added any new regressions.

      If we have some naming convention for this we could setup CI to ignore known fails.

      (This is just a suggestion).
