When the tests for the filepicker steps definitions interactions were added they were added to admin/tool/behat/tests/behat, now there are MDLQA tests that are overlapping with this steps definitions tests, instead of creating the MDLQA tests separately we can move the current tests to repository/tests/behat and add/remove tests there
