Testing Instructions:
1. Create several course categories
2. Open "Add/edit course" page, click on any category name
3. Make sure that a dropdown appears on top of the page that allows to jump to another category

In course/manage.php there is a drop down menu (name=categoryid) similar (probably the same) than the one in course/index.php; in course/index.php the drop down menu contains options, not in course/manage.php
