Names of roles are not displayed in completion tracking

      Description

      When editing the completion tracking options of a course, the name of the roles are not displayed.

      To replicate

      1. Enable completion in Advanced features
      2. Enable completion in a course
      3. Go to My home ► COURSE ► Completion tracking
      4. Expand "Manual completion by"

      Expected

      • Each checkbox as a label with the name of the role (as in 2.3)

      Actual

      • Nothing is displayed but the checkbox

      This seem to be have been introduced in 2.4
